Did not have breakfast at site. Location is good.

Service was not at all up to mark. Service requests were attended either very late or after a second request. Food served in the restaurant was not what was ordered. Discussed with team but they never seemed to understand how the fish had to be in actual preparation.

The breathtaking taking views of the lake from the balcony is the highlight. Well maintained property with swimming pool and jacuzzi. If you are looking for just a quiet place to stay this is the best option

A little far away from everything. However, Ubers are easily available

The lake view with morning sun rise was extra ordinary... It was thrilling and pleasant at the same time.

Power supply got interrupted the whole night and we couldn't have a sound sleep

Really nice location even you need around 30 minutes by car to the city center. Everything was really clean!

Breakfast was not that good. As you will just get some fruits and eggs to your room.

Clean modern apartment great for families, very spacious and great views. Nice swimming pool with sauna and steam room. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Location not the best, but can get taxi to fort kochi for under 200 rupees.

Excellent Continental Breakfast , Reception staff was very supportive and polite , enjoyed stay with family. Facilities provided in the room was good, included washing machine, fridge, induction cooker etc. are made the stay like our home.

The property is very new and the room quality & facilities are excellent. However it is not really operational fully. Special mention for the attached restaurant B by the Bay. The food and service were outstanding and reasonably priced

The location is terrible and far from anywhere of interest if visiting as a tourist. The access road is really poor. No English News or entertainment channels on the TV . This seems more for long stay working people rather than tourists

Gorgeous pool area, lots of space in the apartment. The receptionist and waiters were all so nice! Food gorgeous in the restaurant.

The property was not ready for guests. No deck chairs, no license to sell alcohol despite a pub being advertised. Lack of essentials in the kitchen area of the apartment. Not good enough for the money paid. Complained to management and was completely ignored, no one got back to us when they said they would; not very professional.

The hotel facility were excellent we enjoyed taking Jacuzzi Sauna Steam Swimming pool It was amazing They have amazing bar and returent Very peaceful view from the balcony also apartment suit has all the amenities like big Hall kitchen washing machine refrigerator two TV Overall its worth staying at that place

o on Google My family(3 Adults ,one 4 year old child and a 1.5 yr old infant) stayed in a lakeview 2 bedroom suit. But very disappointing breakfast and front desk.On the day of our checked out in the morning time when we all went for a sightseeing we requested the front desk staff ( a gentleman) to arrange for a Toyota Innova (As we have more luggages) to drop us in the Airport at 9 PM same day.But when we came back to hotel around 8:30 pm after the sightseeing,upon asking the front desk about the Innova, they unprofessionally answered in Negative.They even didn’t care us to inform about the same too the whole day over phone.If they would have informed us before we could have arranged by ourselves because the entire evening we were roaming in Kochi town area.At that moment when we had to leave just after 30 minutes,with two small kids ,we faced much problem in arranging cars,as the hotel is situated in a very interior area,where it’s very difficult to find a car especially at night hours.Finally we managed to get two small cars around 9:30 pm,without the any help of the hotel staff. The other part of the story is regarding breakfast.Though they mentioned of providing Continental breakfast in their Website,This is the most disappointing and under rated breakfast We had ever seen.One restaurant staff came in the morning with a polybag with 8 pieces of bread(Covering with a piece of aluminum foil) , with butter and fruit jam (both in 2 small plastic disposable container) 3 omelettes and 3 plastic disposable containers of seasonal fruits like Watermelon,some orange pieces and some pieces of Papaya.There is no buffet breakfast as this kind of property generally provides or else if they are providing room service,no standard is maintained For such a premium serviced suits.I rated my stay is very disappointing regarding the breakfast and the front desk irresponsibility
